Come one, come all for a day of fun, camaraderie, and hands on experience with the horses.  This is for you if you are new to EAL, a seasoned pro, or just curious.   There will be three 90-minute interactive sessions with horses and plenty of time for discussion with our three Advanced E3A Practitioners. 1. Leadership Lessons in the Round Pen with Lissa Pohl, Chief Engagement Officer of The Engagement Quotient and E3A Master Trainer 2. Developing a Shared Vocabulary with your Equine Partners with Carrie Brady, JD, MA, Executive Director of Possibilities Farm 3.
