Today's Reality
Identifying the rising stars in a company is just the beginning. Every company has managers and directors who are just about to step into a bigger role. They need to acquire the leadership skills that help them transition from being experts at what they do to inspiring others to deliver above and beyond expectations.
A Fresh Reality
At The Horse Institute, promising talent acquires life-long skills to be effective leaders. They gain a candid self awareness and rich insights around how others think and engage -- perspective gained through developing their Emotional Intelligence. It's about recognizing individuals' strengths, then leveraging them into a high-functioning network. It's about being able to stay in the here and now, where productivity flourishes. The philosophy comes to life in The Horse Institute's unique leadership development methodology.
Eye-Opening Results
With horses, emerging leaders experience what it feels like to lead with confidence, to hear and be heard. They discover the impact of being fully in the present, for themselves as they let go of limiting beliefs and anxiety about the future; and for others, when they use their own strengths and tap into the the team's strengths.
