Kathy Bartholomew combines her solid background in academic and corporate training with her personal experience with horses to add depth to the seminars at The Horse Institute.
Most recently, Kathy was Director of Learning & Organizational Development Systems & Solutions at GlaxoSmithKline. She left GSK in 2010 after 22 years to follow her passion for horses and corporate leadership development.
Kathy is trained in Drs. Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard, Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Evaluation Framework, Phillips' Five Levels of Evaluation, Project Management, Six Sigma, Business Change Management, and holds degrees in Mathematics, Education and Computer Science from the University of Alabama. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women and The American Society for Training and Development. She received her training in equine experiential education from Innovative Horizons. An avid horse rider, Kathy has managed her own horse farm in North Carolina for the past ten years.
